Foods Pacific has recently received several International awards. Its ‘Taste of India’ Butter Chicken cooking sauce products have gained notoriety by winning the prestigious “iTQi Taste Award”

(Europe) and SIAL Innovation Award (China).

It won the “Great Taste Award” (UK) for its Palak Paneer ready-to-eat meal and Spice Perfection Ginger Paste products. The Taste of India brand was also awarded “Best New Australian

Retail Product” by Retail World. These awards are a testament to Mr Patel’s dedication to providing the very finest international food products.

The award-wining Butter Chicken sauce is available in Fiji, and can be found in all good grocery stores and supermarkets. It is an authentic Indian recipe pour-over cooking sauce, designed to

save time, and is ready to cook.

iTQi SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD - BRUSSELS

The “iTQi Superior Taste Award” is the only stamp of quality in taste granted by food and drink opinion leaders such as Michelin starred Chefs and Sommeliers. The iTQi jury, from 15 different

nationalities, comprises members of the most prestigious culinary institutions of Europe: the Maîtres Cuisiniers of France, the Académie Culinaire de France, the Academy of Culinary Arts,

Euro-Toques, the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe, the Associaciones des Cocineros de España, the World Master Chefs Society, the Verband der Köche

Deutschlands as well as the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI) for drinks.

During the tests each product is subjected to an individual blind tasting according to a rigorous sensory analysis procedure. The tasters evaluate the products as if they were using them in their

family home, not according to the standards of their restaurants.

The SIAL Innovation award was give to Taste of India Simmer sauces as recognition of our innovative and unique packaging for cooking sauces. SIAL China is Asia largest internation food show with over 2,400 exhibitors and more than 45,000 professional industry visitors.

RETAIL WORLD - AUSTRALIA

Taste of India brand was awarded “Best New Australian Retail Product” by Retail World at the
Fine Foods show in Sydney Australia.
